Pure gushu Autumn material, picked and processed by our in Gaoshan Zhai, Yiwu region. As seen in the pictures, Gaoshan boasts excellent ecology and ancient tea groves which have never been cut down or stunted.
This year’s offering of Autumn Gushu tea from Gaoshan village is stupendously good, potentially a result of the ultra dry Spring season and resulting low yields earlier in the year.
The Autumn material is uncharacteristically robust and rich, brimming with yellow stone fruit sweetness and a bright, wildflower vibrancy. It has greater intensity and body, a brighter fresh honey tone lingers in the aftertaste.
Two years in, the maocha has a beautiful, strong fragrance of fresh lychees!
